Flowing XC single track with sweeping and tight turns. Often muddy and slippy in wet weather, but a good blast in the dry. Hop over the small log at the start and follow the single track until it forks and bear left. There a bog/log crossing some way down the trail. Cross the single track that runs north/south and follow trail over another bog/log crossing to the end of the trail on the Theydon loop bridle way/fire road near the top of Piercing Hill DH.
Take the single track to the east side of the main bridle way/fire road from Epping to Jacks Hill near the intersection with the bridle way that heads north west towards the Epping New road.
