Ghost Bikes were placed here in honor of Larry Smith and Deborah Robison. The pair were killed from injuries they suffered from a July 1, 2015, accident when they were struck by a vehicle, while biking along the shoulder of State Route 95 near SARA Park.
Ghost Bikes trail starts here, and runs down the power-line road for a half mile or so. It then hangs a right onto single track running down to Water Shed. Can be ridden in either direction, start from the Water Shed end if you'd like a bit of a climb.
Ghost Bikes is a nonprofit organization based out of southern California that raises awareness of cyclist deaths by placing white bicycles at the locations of where cyclists are killed.
