Great fun little trail, this is where I bring anyone that wants to try mountain biking. Starts with a few little bumps you can roll over or pop off, then has a set of great tight berms down to 3 doubles (again that can be rolled). There is the one big feature, the "sling shot" table top which is optionally to the left. The climb back to the start is also pleasant and young kids should be able to manage it fine.
I've seen deer on this track and love the cafe at the end, great day out
