Climbing up through typical pine woodland, the trail crosses exposed bedrock sections at intervals, and deep lowland blueberry undergrowth. The low-lying areas can be marshy and hard to follow the trail. Continuing southwards the trail climbs again before descending down some steep bedrock roller sections to join Huddingeleden.
