Head cheese is a techy, physical section of the White xc loop. Lots of slick rock riding and harder xc technical moves. Tough climb up to a clear slick rock open section that has a nice view when the leaves are not on the trees. Technical harder decent off the back side towards the cemetery that flows well. Rollers, small drops, good stuff. Should be ridden one direction but will go both ways.
