Very popular trail that traverses from the Cougar Creek area to the Grotto Mountain Trail above the Alpine Club.

Currently the lower part (from Cougar Creek) is closed for blasting supporting the Cougar Creek flood mitigation project, so access on the west end (or egress from the west end) is the Horseshoe to Ridge Road trail.
