A very nice trail that is frequently used as part of a Miller Peak route. From the West side, the trail ascends along a creek up to an intersection on the ridgetop. Turn left to head to Miller Peak. Continuing straight leads to a flowy traversing descent down to the Hwy 97 side trailhead.
