This is a very nice and well shaded trail that goes down into a valley of Cedar trees. There is a historic site near Jones Spring where many different settlers once lived. Over all, the trail is a moderate difficulty. Most of it is fairly easy but there are couple of technical rocky sections. Some of it is double track, some of it is single track.
This trail is accessed on either side of Wolf Mountain Loop
