The 1.82 mile Jordan trail starts at the west end near the very popular Sink Hole and the east end at the Brins Mesa parking lot. The trail on the west end is routed on wide slickrock sections that narrow down onto some more slickrock sections that have and up and down component that will challenge a higher skilled intermediate rider. As you ride to further east the trail has more up and down sections that make the trail fun to ride in the downhill direction and more difficult on the uphill sections. While riding the trail you will come to numerous intersections of different trails that are fun to ride. One intersection that you might want to check out is the Ant Hill trail. The Ant Hill trail does a full circle and brings you back to your starting point. It is a great way to extend your ride. The Jordan trail also serves as the northern section of the Soldier Wash loop ride.
