One of the most popular hikes because of the high alpine views over multiple connected lakes. Photographers love to hike up here and get stunning photos of the crags, water, wildflowers, it has it all. The hike itself is difficult, rocky and steep as you get higher and higher. You can walk slow, and it is not to tough, and makes for a great group hike or hard-core trail run.
Trailhead gets crowded fast on the weekends. Get there early, or expect to park on the roadside up the S-Curve
