The Lakeview Trail System is a series of 3 stacked loops of fast, intermediate trail with more advanced offshoots. The trail snakes up and down the side of Swift Creek lake and offers fantastic views of the Park's landscape. This Volunteer-built singletrack boasts almost a dozen bridges, several significant rock gardens (including a real uphill challenge on Lakeview 3) and a wet stream crossing at the beginning. The trail is unidirectional in the clockwise direction (so you can really let loose without worrying about running head on into another rider) and bikes only.
You can access the Lakeview trails either from the woodshed at the Campground or using the Lakeview spur which runs off the Powhatan Trail.
