This trail can to taken in either direction. Taken in the direction indicated is a climb to the top. Easy to follow but is a moderate physical undertaking, some will experience breathlessness and may require stops to regain control of breath. There is nothing difficult or technical to undertake on this trail just the gradient of the trail is challenging.
Take time at the top to enjoy the views..... and see if you can spot the Lizard built in rocks at the bottom.
There is a bench and table at the top so bring some snacks to enjoy whilst taking in the views.
Return can be taken by the same trail down or alternatively take the Lizard Peak Alt trail. Lizard Peak Alt is a slightly more technical trail in that about half way there is a short section that will require a scale down two 2' drops where hands and feet placing are required.
