Lower MnM is a 1.4 mile popular green singletrack trail located near Olympia Washington. This flowy machine-built trail with lots of berms connects the MnM trail to the Mima Falls Trail West. This mountain bike primary trail ascends 130' on the north end of the trail and descends 215' on the south end. The trail can be ridden both ways, but is generally used as a downhill primary from north to south. On average it takes about 12 minutes to complete this trail going north to south.
