Massapoag Trail runs mostly on Sharon Town Conservation land and can be accessed northerly via a trail head between 18 and 20 Winslow Rd. It runs south, crossing Billings Street, passing by Manns Pond, and further south until the Quincy St and Pond St intersection close to Beach St and the Lake Massapoag Boat Launch. In 2012, restoration of the Massapoag Trail from Billings St to the Frank Chase Memorial Bridge at Massapoag Brook was done by Jimmy Townsend as his Eagle Scout project with help from the Boy Scout Troop 95, Dan and Peg Arguimbau, owners of parts of the land, and the Sharon Friends of Conservation and the Sharon Conservation Commission. The Town and the private owners of parts of the land welcome you to pass through and ask only that you respect the land. See link below for detailed map on the website of Sharon Friends of Conservation.
The trail can be accessed northerly via a trail head between 18 and 20 Winslow Rd, and southernly near the Quincy St and Pond St intersection close to Beach St and the Lake Massapoag boat launch.
