Mayfair Ranch is currently (as of May, 2020) a one-way trail all the way from the parking lot to the bridge. It is a fairly easy, but challenging uphill trail, then a sketchy fire-road descent down to the creek where you meet up Longwall Canton. From there, you can go left and climb to the top (Cherry Canyon Vista), or right (riding longwall up & down back towards the parking lot). It is a beautiful trail with singletrack and some doubletrack interspersed throughout. It's not a tough climb, but it can be challenging if you are new to mountain biking.
The trailhead is VERY close to the parking lot of Rancho Canada Del Oro park.
Trail is one-way during coronavirus alert.
Many turns are off-camber, and there are some rocks in the trail that must be traversed (not very big). Some sections are a bit rutted, but not too bad.
