Very gentle trail, with a very gentle climb and descent. Primarily a walking path to Shingle Spit, but wide and well maintained. 'Dead ends' at Shingle Spit, with no quick access back to the trail network. Equally no quick access to Ford's Cove. Can be done on a non-suspension bike very comfortably. Great for beginners just looking to get outside and off tarmac.
