A significantly portion of this trail has 14+% uphills and downhills, and it has a lot of mini-rollers. It's probably OK for someone who is fit and skilled (and geared right), but most people will end up walking. Most of the trail is shaded, and quite bearable even in 90°F weather. There are a few exposed, rocky sections, but those are merely interludes.
