Upper Milky Way is a smooth bench cut trail with some natural technical features including off camber roots, rocks, a small optional bridge drop and a small rock roll/drop with a transition bridge. The trail caters to all skill levels and descends via fast, poppy corners and well organized swoopy trail. Upper Milky Way can be a fast, fun connector linking trails to Lower Milky Way and can be incorporated on a number of different rides. The trail is accessed from the Northstar Trail or just below the midway point via Pale Ale. The trail also links smoothly with the KC ridge trail which exits on North Star. Be sure to reward the purveyors of your smile with a donation to the KCTS so they can continue to build and maintain awesome grinners like this one.
