Salita e discesa sul Monte Cimolo. La salita è decisamente impegnativa, si parte con pendenze morbide su asfalto per poi immettersi nel bosco in prossimità della casa degli alpini, la gippabile di salita nella prima parte scorre senza troppo impegno, ma è nella sezione centrale che arriva un muro con pendenze proibitive, faccia sul manubrio e via a spingere come dannati per uscire da questa rampa senza mettere piede a terra. in cima la sterrata inizia a spianare e possiamo riprendere fiato. non consideriamo il cartello del sentiero che porta in vetta al Cimolo e proseguiamo in direzione nord. Entreremo su un singletrack in cresta, che con qualche saliscendi iniziale ci porta alla discesa finale, ben lavorata e pulita. sbucheremo sulla sterrata larga che compie il giro del Monte Cimolo, a dx rientriamo velocemente su Pian Nava, dove possiamo collegarci a Premeno e Pollino e ai suoi sentieri. A sx ritorniamo al punto di partenza della nostra salita al Cimolo.
