The Moose Mountain Trail leads to the Kananskis Fire Lookout, which is quite a long out-and-back ride to the top of Moose Mountain. However, it makes for very easy access to the top of Moosepackers. It's fairly wide the whole way, but can get very rocky in spots. Lots of hikers use this route, so smile and say hi.

Access Info

Access is off the top of the Moose Mountain Road. Just before you get to the parking lot at the top of the road, there is an uphill right turn that leads to a yellow gate. That's it - ride around the gate and you're on the Moose Mountain Trail.
