This trail passes over the low eastern summits of Montalban Ridge and affords many views from scattered ledges.

Access Info

To reach the east trailhead (the west trailhead is at Mt. Langdon Shelter), leave the north side of US 302, 1.8 mi. west of its jct. with NH 16 in Glen and a short distance east of the bridge over Saco River. Follow a paved road (Covered Bridge Lane) west, bearing left at 0.2 mi.. The road swings right (north), and at 0.9 mi., the trailhead is on the left where the road swings right again to head east as Hemlock Drive. Park on the side of the road, taking care not to block traffic.
