This unidirectional hardpack, machine built flow trail is My Roots reborn with deep berms, a double or two and some speed if you want it. Enter this section of trail from the Jeep Track or via the Vasbyt extension under the wooden bridge. Keep left for My Roots or keep right for the flatter easier "Your Roots".
If you’re trying this track for the first time, give yourself a chance to get used to the high speed berms and elevation loss. The fun factor increases with speed, but good bike and brake control is key to unlocking the experience.
Enjoy
My Roots starts just below the Main Jeep Track as it traverses after the upper Fairy Garden entrance/exit. Most people will access the track as they descend the Lower Vasbyt section which flows into My Roots.
A Table Mountain National Park Level 3 Activity Permit is required to ride this trail. Please also join TokaiMTB. Your R400 makes trails like this possible as none of the TMNP activity permit fees finds its way back into the trails.
