Nice flattish trail to get you started on BC style features. The trail consists of four sections defined by the two North Road Access trails (upper and lower) and Pipeline trail that cross it. It starts right at the end of Dead Moped, where there is a "skills park", basically a few built up features that can be sessioned easily although they haven't been maintained in a long time.
The first three sections have optional skinnies and ladder bridges that have easy ride-arounds. Great opportunity to practice your skills and build some confidence on some elevated (1 foot off the ground) features.
The fourth section is a little faster with the gradient increasing ever so slightly. It will be over before you know it. Turn right at Jim's Jungle to go back to Pipeline and Powerline if you want to do a second ride. Turn left and it will spit you right out onto North Road
You will see lots of people, kids, dogs, etc., on the trail. Be aware, courteous and slow down to ensure everyone gets along
