The .2 mile Oak intermediate trail provides the mountain biking and hiking community the opportunity to ride off the Long Canyon paved road heading west from the Mescal trail parking area or east from the Long Canyon/Boynton Canyon road intersection. The Oak trail maybe used by riders who want to stay off Long Canyon Rd while transiting between FR9589B dirt road and the Mescal trail or the Long Canyon trail. Note that the FR9589B dirt road will take you to the northeast end of the AZ Cypress trail.

Access Info

The east end of the Oak trail is located on the north side of the Long Canyon/Boynton road intersection. The west end of the Oak trail is located approximately 150 yards west of the Mescal trail where it crosses Long Canyon road.
