The Olomana Trail, also known as the 'Three Peaks Hike' is a very difficult and challenging hike. Round trip you should leave yourself 4 hours or more. The hike to the first peak is not as difficult as the second section, but you can expect slippery tree roots, muddy embankments, and some sections with ropes. The section to the second peak is much more difficult and exposed. Plus there is actually a small section where you need to do a little "rock climbing". Rock climbing is not really the correct word, but you need to be confident in your abilities at this point.
