Początek Ostrej jest wspólny z Przekrętem, po około 190m mamy rozwidlenie - trasa w prawo to Przekręt, w lewo Ostra.
Ostra ma zupełnie inny charakter, jest zdecydowanie trudniejsza i przeważnie bardziej stroma od Przekrętu. Ciasna, początkowo była trasą DH, jednak obecnie poradzi sobie z nią każdy rower enduro. Bandy mniejsze, bardziej naturalne, dropy są większe, a loty dalsze. Występują gap jumpy (jump or die).
