Very nice well travelled trail. Best way to bike the area is to stay on the Packers Trail throughout which winds along the edge of the valley on wide side-hill track until approx. the 2 km mark where the side hill becomes narrow single track to the 3.8 km mark at a great look-out spot. Beyond this point is a short steep downhill and rooty fun hugging the Adam's River to the end. Then you get to do it all over again back to the Parking Lot. The climb back up to the look-out is challenging but do-able...and if you can't then don't sweat it, it's a short hike back to the top of the trail and then all shallow downhill grade back.
