Trail climbs from Hwy M99 near McNally's up to Rincon Trail. After a steep climb up from the highway to a saddle, the trail drops into a drainage where it crosses a stream multiple times. Lots of exposure in places. The trail is hard to follow in a few places due to brush and debris. It eventually climbs up a steep sidehill on the north side of the drainage up to Rincon Trail. There is a short use trail up to Packsaddle Cave near that intersection. The trail is mostly rideable below the creek crossings. In the uphill direction it would be mostly hike a bike.

Access Info

From Rincon Trail, Packsaddle is easy to miss as the intersection is right on a switchback corner on Rincon. If you drop into a ravine bottom with stream and switchbacks climbing out to the south you've gone too far..
