This is a nice little stop along the scenic route, one of the sites at the Valley of Fire to a well preserved petrified tree. Not much of a hike but still fun for kids. You get a great view of some mountains.

Access Info

From The Cabins return to Valley of Fire Hwy and head east for approximately half a mile. It will be on the left side of the road.
