A connector trail, running from Seven Stitches on the eastern end to Mountain Of Phlegm and Labour Of Love on the western end. Like countless other trails in the Valleycliffe, this trail feels like it's uphill both directions. Some of the ups are climbable, while others feel like they're only doable for our trials moto brethren.

The worst uphill section (when heading west) is probably from Phlegm Connector up to Doggie Style, so be prepared. This Pipeline/Doggie Style crossing is the highest point of the trail.

As with most Valleycliffe trails, be prepared for countless trail splits and crossings for moto trails that don't appear on the TrailForks map. Generally stick with the most traveled path.
