Post Master General fire road provides access for the reasonably fit rider to Sunset (5), Bandicoot (7) and Whip Snake (12).

The Climb section from Samford Road Break, known to the locals as Lactic has a reasonably sustained gradient that requires a good fitness level to climb comfortably.

If you want an easer ascent to Sunset (5), Bandicoot (7) and Whip Snake (12) Try the Sunrise (11) Climb and follow Samford Road fire road, then turn right onto PMG Road fire road.
