This old standard is getting neglected with all the new trails on Tiger. It's still a great trail though (in either direction). Significant work has been done in recent years to redirect the formerly massive "Preston River" water flow off the trail, and thus it can now be open year round. There are springs everywhere on this trail though, so give it a rest during rain, and expect some wet immediately after a rain. It's still fun to bomb down this trail, and it's a better descent for newer riders than Off The Grid.
