This singletrack loop circumnavigates the top of Prison Hill. While winding though the sage and a few juniper trees, it offers riders great views of the Sierras and Downtown Carson City to the west and Carson River and the Pinenut Mountains to the east. Difficulty is solid advanced intermediate with a couple of technical rock sections thrown in for good measure. A brush fire in the summer of 2021 scorched much of the Northern section and burned many of the remaining juniper trees, this area is still recovering, please stay on the trail.
