Short downhill/singletrack at Swinley Forest.
The flowing short DH section with small berms, rollers/tables and roots, feeds in to a very cleverly designed and executed meandering singletrack that has become more rooty and challenging as more riders roll over it. It's tight in places, long bikes with wide bars will need to work hard to keep the flow.
There is a small rollable drop at the exit on to the fire road.
An older Swinley trail and part of the original 'expert' mtb area prior to 2013.
Recent tree thinning in April/May 2018 has opened this trail experience up a little giving more light, but the essence of the trail remains. Thinning will hopefully mean the already well draining section is even better over winter.
Riding the whole section at a decent pace is a good test of fitness and skill.
Definitely one of the gems of Swinley, past, present and future.
