Awesome trail with an optional look-out of Ogden as well as views of Pineview Reservoir at the top. Preferred riding direction is clockwise with flowing switch-backs descending into a grove of trees below. Trail is used by hikers and bikers when it is open. Trail is not wet weather friendly but is smooth during the summer months. No difficult obstacles and all skill levels should be able to ride the entire trail (except for maybe 100 yards after the optional look-out) as long as they have the fitness level. There are a variety of options to access the trail. Most riders park below the Snow Basin lodge and take the double track fire road down to the trail-head. You will pass the trail exit on your right. Continue straight on the fire road to run right into the trail.
