The "offical" seaton trail. There is another segment that goes on north of highway 7 for a couple km. Great climbs and descents, with the best bits of trail being south of Tauton road.

Overgrown, numerous trees down, and woodwork that is in pieces. Could be okay if it was maintained but it isn’t at all.

Trail is in great riding condition, with one large tree crossing the trail between Whitevale and Taunton road.

About a dozen large trees down throughout the trail. Most are located north of whitevale towards Hwy 7.
