A nice flowing fast down hill trail from the end of Labyrinth to Wetlands Loop. Near the bottom of the track there is an short alternative line of a set of 9 switchbacks that are intermediate level

Access Info

Snail is accessed from the Labyrinth trail. There are several ways to get there. Either start a the Waiu St car park and climb to Labyrinth using Jungle Gym or Directa (which is a connecting track between Wetlands loop and Jungle Gym) or start at the top of Wainuiomata Hill Rd and join Labyrinth from the 4x4 ECNZ access road.
