You can access this from Sara Park or you can access it off Somerset. This trail is used more for hiking I'm guessing because most people do not know that it exists. It's an out and back and goes directly down to the water. On the beach you have a couple benches with shade and also a couple bathrooms. I'd rate it as an easy blue level due to the ridge line part that has a fair bit of exposure which might be slightly intimidating to a beginner rider but other than that it's a fun and flowy trail. 4 miles total (out and back).
You can access it directly off Somerset and park on the side of the road and then lift your bike over the little steel cable to get on the trail or you can access it from Sara Park by following the map on Trailforks.
