One of the more sought after classic descents in Central Oregon. On a North facing slope so the dirt is a little better then surrounding trails. Deeper darker woods as well so the main features on the trals are root drops and gardens with some higher speed rock gardens and sweeping turns. The Black Diamond rating is mainly because of the skinny bridge across the creek, otherwise the trail is mainly Blue-fast tech. South Fork is two way and multi-use. Not many climb it but expect other users up and down.
