Springbrook South trail is a short trail that is relatively fast and technical. It is not a steep trail, but lots of small, loose rocks and turns exist. It is an uphill and downhill trail, but it is primarily for downhill. Hiking is also allowed so be aware if you are looking to go fast. The scenery is beautiful, starting in a forest, at the end if the Springbrook North trail, but as the trail continues it opens up and a nice view of Boulder is shown.
