Squirrelly is an advanced-intermediate level tech trail.
Squirrelly has been designed to help intermediate level mountain bikers develop their technical bike handling skills. It is filled with tight turns, abrupt ups and downs, slippery roots and rocks, some grippy rocks, and places where you need to be able to maintain balance on a skinny line.
This trail will reward those who see and ride a good line in variable terrain and will be challenging to riders not well balanced and nimble on their pedals in tight quarters at low speeds.
Not recommended for bikes with wheels smaller than 26 inches.
Take it slow and give it a go Ride and repeat - three laps is the recommended dosage!
Use of Trapp Family Lodge trails requires either a Trapp Family Lodge Trail Pass or VMBA Add-On. Summer Trail Passes are available for $15 per day. Please visit the Outdoor Center for your pass.
