Starts off pretty easy through some grassy ski runs and a few little bridges. Once you get into the forest the fun starts with some deep roots and a very large rock slab drop. The trail continues to be very rocky with good drops and lots of deep embedded roots and rocks.

The trail seems to get more and more rocky as you continue with some really steep sections that get slippery with the moss and any moisture. Short break on some double track then back at it. After you get through this section you come right next to the Step it Up trail and you can bridge over if you've had enough. If not, you better keep up your speed so you can hop up onto the concrete water tank where the easier section starts.
