The C Trail is an awesome descent. It heads from Cedar City's big "C" on the mountain, down to the valley floor. You'll drop +/- 2200 feet. It is best ridden as a shuttle, but if you want to hike-a-bike you can walk/ride up then turn around for a great descent. Most of the corners have berms, which is rare for a multi-use trail. There are plenty of hikers on most days so be ready to stop occasionally. At the junction with the Highlands Trail stay right to stay on C Trail or left to take Highlands, Green Hollow, and Lava Flow or Iron Giant to the Southview Trailhead.
