The Mud Bath is a small access trail to the tiny dam on the south side of Kroksjön. There's nothing special about this particular trail, except you will be slipping and sliding all the time in clay-like mud between Kroksjölund and the aforementioned dam. The clay/mud is runoff from the grass fields that stretch from the lake up to the small farm of Kroksjölund.
Make sure to lace your shoes tight or you may just find that the shoe stays behind if you put your foot down

If the weather has been particularly dry for the last couple of weeks, the clay may just about have dried up and you are simply in for an exercise in avoiding medium sized round rocks. Then you can contemplate just how lucky you are that it wasn't wet.

Access Info

Can be reached from Kroksjölundsvägen, there's a small 2 spot parking space right where the trail goes. Technically speaking you are not supposed to park there though so keep that in mind.

This trail is unsanctioned.
