The top of Thieves Forest is very technical. It is a bit easier then Fire Swamp, but with a couple options at the top making close. There are some very difficult rocky sections and rooty drops into steep rocky turns that make this difficult up top. The trail tends to slowly get more tame as you progress down the mountain from the exposed rocks to more tight rooty areas through the trees.
