This is a very popular hike and tour at the Timpanogos Cave. Even though the hike itself is completely paved, it is very steep in some spots, because of the exposure there are rock walls and even a rock arch with a gate that you traverse. Kids can do it, and it is great for the family. The tour itself is awesome, with many lighted caverns, and interesting rock formations. The tour guides will give great information about how the cave was formed, points out the different types, and show you the heart of Timpanogos, a massive stalactite that kind of looks like a human heart.
The actual Cave tour requires a ticket that you can purchase online, or at the visitor center at the bottom. Note that during the summer these tours are busy, and it is best to book ahead.
