The northern section connecting Lippo’s to Bill Albert’s Trails is a wide singletrack, level and smoothly graded for groomed cross country skiing. It creates a bigger beginners loop connecting Lippos, Bill Alberts, and Loop of the area’s upper plateau. A downhill on the south end is cobbley but can still be negotiated by beginners with care.

From the bottom of the hill to Locust Camp Road, the trail is generally smooth flat singletrack. The trail makes a sharp left on the near side of Locust Camp Road and continues on a slightly wider, flat, wet grade to the Burma parking area.
