Trailside has two sections- a skills area and three single track trails that launch from the wood deck higher up the hill. The skills area includes a dirt jump line and several wood features. Some of the wood features are low to the ground, so beginners can practice without risking a serious fall. Others are skinny and higher off the ground, so they are appropriate for more skilled riders. The upper section includes Mr. Muchrocks, Bronto Jam and Bamm Bamm. Mr. Muchrocks is a good mix of wood features and rocks, but one section interrupts the flow. It has a good wood berm, so it is worth riding while you are there. Bronto Jam is fun with more challenging wood features that Mr. Muchrocks. Bamm Bamm is a great downhill single track with a pretty high wood platform drop off at the beginning. You can't see the landing until you commit to the drop, and it is a smooth landing if you have enough speed to roll the drop. Bamm Bamm has the most challenging wood features and requires commitment to the line.
This is a fun trail system that gives you a good mix of dirt jump lines, skills area practice and single track lines.
