Whitmeadow is a remote, multi-use singletrack trail through high elevation spruce and hardwood forest. It gets its black diamond rating for its tight, technical rock gardens and difficult climbs and descents. This trail's tight corridor and widely variable terrain make it a good challenge for the advanced rider/hiker. Similar to Tea Creek Mountain Trail, users will gradually ascend the ridge for roughly a mile before plateauing. After meandering the mountain top for a couple of miles scaling a few small descents and climbs, users are rewarded with a mile long, spicy, technical descent down to Shavers Fork. It can be ridden both ways but is more of a descent from the Forest Road 92 end and can be shuttled.
